Jarnvidr Iron Woods

Jarnvidr Iron Woods is Thyra’s largest woodland realm. It is situated between the Spelheim desert and the Fensalir Evermire. Mostly populated by the Nagai snake-folk, the trees of Jarnvidr easily rise to the height of hundreds of meters. These tree create a nearly impenetrable barrier at its canopy.

The ground level of the great woods is overrun by roots and near perpetual darkness. This creates a perfect habitat for her multitude of predators. For this reason, the Nagai have built their dwellings either entirely underground or to the safety of the strong treeline branches.
